Slow Delivery and Poor Communication
I placed my order 7 days ago and still haven't received it. A professional website makes fast dispatch a top priority, and this delay shows a lack of urgency in fulfilling orders. I called to track my delivery and was promised a call back, which never came. At this point I want to cancel my order and receive a full refund. Poor communication and slow dispatch are unacceptable.
