Shocking!
Terrible service! I will personally never trust not but anything from this store again. I placed an order on the 1st of December, almost 2 months ago. Since then I have not received ANY communication regarding this order. I received an email from Sharman today saying the order is "pending collection". If only I read the reviews prior to making the purchase.

Really sorry to hear about this.
Many suppliers only reopened last week and there is lots of catching up to do.
Pending collection means that it is packed and allocated to a courier.
This means they will collect shortly. You will get automated email every step of the way and delivery shortly after.
Once again, apologies for the long wait.
