Refund Request

Placed 2 orders online to find out 2 chairs would arrive too late for export. 2nd order fulfilled. Cancelled the two chairs and have been requesting a refund. Have emailed many times, only receiving one response 26 April saying they are following up. Today is 16 May and still nothing. Very very bad service.
