Poor Service

I placed an order for two bottles of expensive shampoo from elevenpast a week ago. I have been hoping each day that my goods would be delivered. A week has gone by and still nothing. I try to support small businesses whenever I can, but now I’m starting to rethink that strategy. I haven’t washed my hair properly for a week and am really annoyed with these people.
