Poor communication and inefficient service

I wish I read the reviews of this company - as with many other customers, there is no communication on delays or out of stock items. I ordered a shelf on 26 March. When I followed up last week I was told that there is no stock.

This was never communicated to me until I called. The website did not flag it. I asked whether I will be compensated for bad service with no response.
