Orders paid and no further action or feedback

They give no feedback on emails and do not answer calls relating to existing fully paid for orders. Then one starts to question if the company is viable? Are we being taken for a ride? I can simply copy and paste another review: They do not reply to email queries, they definitely do not return calls, they do not give feedback and they do not keep to their own SLAs.
