Order still not delivered
I am so disappointed on the service that I have received from elevenpast, I placed on order on the 29th of November for two side lamps to date I have not received my order.
I sent several emails and called and no one has come back to me except for and email dated 18 December 2024 which i was cc'd on asking the courier company when will they deliver.
The last email that I received dated 13 January 2025 said that my package was delivered on the 20th of December 2024 but I still don't have my lamps.
I am so frustrated as no one is communicating with me at this point I don't know what to do.

I have requested the PROOF of delivery from courier which is usually confirm by PIN sent to receiver.
If any further issues, we will dispatch new lamps to you.
