No communication, long delivery and terrible customer service.
Zero communication of delivery status. 11 days after my purchase I had to follow up with them to find out which courier is delivering, what the status is and when the ETA of delivery is. After my email they said they will revert back to me with info, still to date now 15 days later, nothing. I live in South Africa and this is a South African company! An order I placed on Temu was delivered faster and they updated me every step of the way! Pathetic service.

08 Jan 2025, 12:14Hi Tyrone. We have checked the tracking log and can see that it was stuck at the Elandsfontein Courier branch during Festive. We are unfortunately at the mercy of our service providers and during this time, it is really unpredictable. Tracking shows that your order has been delivered since. We are constantly looking into ways to better our service and will implement new measures for Festive shutdown 2025. We sincerely apologise for the frustration caused.
