Great Service But Don’t Love the Product (personal choice)
My order was dispatched within hours (if not minutes) of me placing my order. I was kept up to date with where my parcel was at all times. My items were well packaged and protected but I wasn’t thrilled with my order. The colour was not what I was expecting and the lamps don’t light up as well as some of the other lamps I have seen/used. They were quite pricey at R999 each and I bought 2 so I’m really hoping they grow on me:) I will definitely still order from Elevenpast again as the quality of the product is very good and the service was exceptional.

12 Sept 2025, 11:29I came back on here to change my review to a 5* after Elevenpast reached out to me and sent me a video explaining how to change the dimmer on the lights making them much brighter! The lamps now light up much brighter and I am very happy with my product. Unfortunately I can't find where to convert the star rating.
