Exceptional service and quality – such a rare find

May I shout out this company's name from the rooftops!

We have been doing some renos and in need of lighting, which is not an inexpensive cost. After a lot of research into multiple suppliers, Eleven Past was our choice, as their selection was beautifully varied and the cost was incredibly competitive.

After I ordered, they delivered up country, within 2 short days. Unfortunately a few items were missing from the order. I contacted them, and the immediate service I received was off the chart! First Customer Care rep**** and then the Warehouse Manager, Trevor, was on the case. He was super apologetic and efficient and went above and beyond to ensure my order was fulfilled.
