Eleven Past exceeded customer expectations

I bought 4 barstools (which look awesome !) at Eleven Past online, and for some reason 2 payments were deducted. I investigated and the Eleven past team on email and on the phone was extremely helpful. We determined the error did not lie with Elevenpast but with Payfast, so I continued escalating it to PayFast customer support. Carlo Tickner from Eleven Past continued to contact me to follow up if it was resolved and in the end contacted PayFast by phone and resolved the issue for me. It is wonderful to see someone go above and beyond even when the payment issue was not with him anymore. THANK YOU Carlo Tickner at Eleven Past, you customer service was outstanding !
