Absolutely unacceptable.

If I could give 0 stars i would . I ordered a floor lamp and got lighting beams delivered 12 working days later . I sent follow up emails and they were acting rushed but they use full delivery time to deliver something I didn’t order . How disappointing for this time of year and it being holiday season .
