ABSOLUTE TRASH!

I am disgusted with the service provided by Eleven Past. I ordered an item on the 6th Of October - delivery with in 5-7 days - When I followed up 10 DAYS later as I have received NOTHING - No Communication - just radio SILENCE! They hadn't even DISPATCHED my item. (This was Monday) Promises were then made to get the item to me by Wednesday - I had to call in again on Thursday as nothing had been received. Client services then advised the item would only be delivered on FRIDAY. When I checked with the courier company - the waybill only showed for THURSDAY - which means, they had only given the item to the courier company 14 days later. Your service has been absolute TRASH. No communication, I had to keep phoning in and then promises are made which aren't delivered. They have beautiful items, but not worth the pain of actually trying to GET YOUR ORDER. Like drawing blood from a stone. Doesn't even deserve 1 star! ORDER #27559
