What a disappointment,I placed an order on the 25th November then on Monday the 12 of December I sent an email enquiring of when should I expect delivery of my goods because there had been NO communication whatsoever then I was told to expect delivery on the 14th or 15th December.On the afternoon of the 15th December I made a follow up email asking again if I'll be receiving my goods or what?guess what?I was told that I'll be receiving my goods on the 19th or 20th December and only to find that my goods were only dispatched on the 15th December so meaning 20 days later my order was unattended to,until I instructed them to deliver my order immediately that's when I received an email from the courier company.They have very nice products but I don't think I'll ever order from them after the run around that they gave me the worse thing is that they don't even communicate you'll have to wonder or take a guess when they'll be delivering. 😒
