Totally useless

Unable to do even basic due diligence for their clients. I am not the person they thought they were calling.

In our four minute phone call I learned a lot about the person who I wasn't but I never found out what service they were actually going to provide.

The agent who called me somehow both abrasive and evasive whilst at the same time happy to take non-committal responses as affirmatives.

Not a great look and personally I would not use a company this *********** for anything financial.
