Very bad service!!

I bought a property and the electricain who issued the COC had to come back to fix a plug. Later we had lights tripping due to the eath wiring at the gate motor connected to the house directly is faulty. The connection is ******* and wiring not far enough into the ground. He now ignores our requests to come and fix it. No trapdoor at this house..how did he check the wiring in the roof before issuing the COC?? Left us without power for weeks now.
