ECASA ***** ELETRICIAN

I moved into my property in November 2016.

It was discovered that the electrical wiring was not correctly wired,
the entrance hall switch was t*********** the main switch,
the passage hall switches were t*********** the main switch,
the kitchen switches were t*********** the main switch,
the master bedroom switch is still t*********** the main switch,

the garage light is t*********** the main switch in the laundry room,
the two light bulbs outside are not working and one is not even connected to a switch.

Lucky, the electrician who issued the certificate was informed and he stated that there was nothing wrong with his wiring.

An alternative electrician was called in to fix the problem temporarily while we still waiting for Lucky to come and fix the problem.
It was also discovered that the earth wire is not separated.
Lucky was contacted numerous times to fix the problem but he does not want to.

I then contact ECASA to assist on this issue on the 16/02/2017 and no response was given,

this was escalated to Mr M. Mfikoe, the national director on the 22/02/2017 and he stated on the 23/02/2017, that this will be investigated to give a firm response. I have been waiting ever and my emails go unanswered. Non-compliant work is being done to save a few bucks and ECASA is not doing anything about it but issuing certificates.
