Dishonesty and Incompetence
I moved into the property I bought in June 2015 and September the plugs started tripping. I called numerous electricians who could not pick up the problem and eventually I contacted the one that issued the CoC. He replaced a plug in the lounge and when I asked who will pay he said he takes it as if its his fault as he should have picked it up when he was inspecting. In my garage to this day there is no power wires were outside and there were no plugs when I asked him about it he could not even find a single cable that leads to that garage. Now this is someone who claims to have checked the property. When I am making follow ups with him as he \offered' to report the problem to the estate manager he tells me he has been doing me a favour and wants his money for the plugs he has replaced. When I tell him I will report him the the ECB he tells me I can't prove that the plug he replaced is the one that was causing the switch to rip in the house. He had a nerve to call me a young lady and I guess he is thinking he is untouchable. Why did he issue a certificate if the electricity is not working well? For over 3 months I have stayed in a place I am not sure I will not burn it one day."
