False employment appointment

I was approached for an urgent Quality officer job at Elephante Trading (Pty) where I would be required to relocate, and was even begged to start this past Tuesday, 09 October, by the MD herself, Lufuno Ndou. I raised my concerns with them and they offered and agreed that I would rather start on the 12th of October and that the employment is formally mine, just awaiting to send me the appointment letter as they were slightly "busy".

During the wait until today, they literally employed someone else in the meantime and left me in the dark. I mistakenly found out from another employer there, Paul Lebaka

I had started preparing for my departure financially and economically.

This company then had the nerve to send me the attached image, stating "negotiations" were still underway when everything was already agreed upon.

I am all for SMMEs but if this is how they treat unemployed, young, black female engineers, then I would rather shame their operations.
