Disgraced

Good day on Christmas day I actually booked a room for me and hubby to celebrate christmas and the 26th.

When we got there we met some guy that works there. He didn't introduce himself. I told him we had reservations at that place. Afterwards he went to check and brought the keys. He showed us to our room. The room was dirty on our arrival. He then showed us around. The toilet and shower was dirty. The place to watch tv was dirty. The couches had not been cleaned in years and full of pet hair.

The overall place was just completely untidy and dirty. I asked this gentleman that I ordered breakfast and we were in time for breakfast. This gentle man was not dressed on his upper body. He had a black short with so much pet hair. He kept on scratching his head and flecks of dandruff kept on falling. He answered that he would make something quickly at that moment. I instantly became nauseous.

The swimming pool was so just I dont even have words to say to but I knew my family would not stay there at all.

My husband left and went to eat breakfast elsewhere. After an hour we returned and handed over the key and honestly that same guy didn't care. He said it's fine.

I was honestly appalled at the treatment I received that day. Those people genuinely didn't even care at all. Theycdknt even take pride in their business at all.

I would never recommend ever booking at that place. It's terrible.

The pictures on the website and reality are two different things.
