VERY BAD SERVICE/ HORRIBLE EPERIENCE EVER

The apartments at elephant springs and cabannas are very filthy, not safe and not hygenic as plugs were not functioning properly the fridges were also broken, we also found croacroaches on our braai meat we put in the oven. As soon as we get there we went to the reception thelady by the name of Thabitha said the hotel manager is well aware of all tgis however they are not fixing anything. We were a group of 12 stayed from 04th Octeber to the 6th October not happy at all pictures on theinternet are all lies, swimming pool we did not even use as it was so filthy.
