No value for money,health risks hazards

I booked at elephant springs belabela on the 16 dec,i paid 2600 for a family shalley,upon arrival,i was shocked at the appaling conditions of the place.torn curtains,stain ceilings,chipped cupboards and kitchen chairs,extremely dirty pool,cracked and broken tiles,filthy bathroom,old uncomfortable beds.basic housekeeping and maintenance is not a priority.this is evident because upon going through some reviews on their website,i found similar complains from as early as october,but nothing has been done despite managements 's response and promises to look into the situation.i took pictures and showed the management on duty but did little to assist me.i cant seem to find a platform where i can upload them here.their website is quite misleading because whatever they posted is quite different from the actual hotel.
