Horrid Experience all around!

Please do not book this place because of the photos that you see on the internet, they are 100% deceiving!! That place is not for an outing with family where you need fresh and clean air! It is not clean to an extent that we requested for a roon exchange and even that was mot proper but we had yo take it because of the time that we arrived from Johannesburg! The place is nowhere near being clean nor peaceful, we couldn't relax nor sleep as we felt like we went to some hectic kasi/location place where people were making so much noise and the pool area was dirty. The sad part was when we were at the Aventura resorts with another family that was disappointed but they came from far and were disappointed to even go sleep there with their children.. The place makes you feel like anyone can just break down the sad part was when the so called self catering apartments didn't have a working tv, stove nor microwave. Yoy guys are so deceiving that most companies should stop listing you before we stop using their websites to look for places to visit!
