Elephant Springs hotels and cabanas - VERY BAD STAY

We were there on the 8th June, 1 night only and was very appalled by the quality of Service received. The lady at the reception area made the following very clear, saying that most guests don’t read and understand the rules, so all guests are told of the same rules when they collect the keys.

We were told on entry that the following was not allowed - No loud music in the apartment and at the parking, no loud noise from us that will disturb fellow guests. We felt so disgusted by the other guests verbally abusing each other, fighting as they were drunk and playing loud music with a hi fi music system that they brought with. The hotel staff did nothing about this, the drinking, partying, screaming and fighting went on throughout the night. My kids could not even explore the pool area as it was overcrowded with drunk faulty people, bottles laying everywhere. My kids came back saying it was unsafe, they stayed in the room the entire time. The hotel staff at reception was made aware the next morning and all they said was " oh were they noisy" you can rate our service, where they provided a small piece of paper. We might of had the wrong crowd there, however the hotel staff and security could have stopped the bad behavior as this impacted everyone staying there. We also payed to stay there and expected peace and quiet. We all had not slept and was very restless the next morning. Really bad service . The rules are given but not enforced. It felt like the rules were applicable to some and not to all.

I am really not happy with what transpired and felt like no one was even concerned about our complaint.
