Bad service, dirty & not a nice hotel!

I would like to warn anyone who considers staying over at this hotel that they are NOT what they seem to be or 'show' on the internet. Their rooms are dirty, the air-conditioning and roof fans don't work, cupboards are broken and the television barely works. The service is not good either, when you tell them something is not working they giggle or grin. We tried to get our money back but they refused! My husband tried to speak with the GM, but he is rude and doesn't speak with customers. This was a very bad experience and we've lost our money through this bad ordeal!
