Bad experiencce

I would like to Express my deepest disappointment regarding the hotel conditions I and my guests arrived to. To start off arriving at the hotel we found the place to be a construction site as there was work carried out at the entrance at the reception. Secondly there place was full of dust. Even the stuff told us we were not the first people complain about the state of the hotel, what I saw advertised on the website and what we found on arrival was very disappointing.
