Bad accomodation

We were deceived by the beautiful pictures of the hotel on the website so we booked it but were shocked to arrive at a totally opposite accomodation. Our room was old, dirty and unhygienic. The toilet was falling apart and there were ****roaches everywhere. The bath, basin and shower curtain were so dirty we could not use them. It was evident that the mat has not been cleaned for months and the pool was very dirty. We complained to the General Manager and he did not do anything about it, instead he told us he has a lot of customers and he cannot control what we post about the hotel. We checked out the cabanas thinking it is better than the hotel but it appeared to be old and filthy as well. We took shocking photos of the real hotel status and would like to share them with everybody intending to visit the place. We regret paying so much money for an old, filthy and poorly maintained place. What surprised me is that when I spoke up at a breakfast hall almost all the residents complained but did not raise their concerns with the management. To rate this hotel as a 4 and half star is deceiving, it should be rated below 1.This hotel is an insult to the Bela Bela tourism department.
