worst experience, money making scheme.

I visited the elephant sanctuary this past Saturday the 15 of July and I must say how extremely disappointed I am with my entire experience and especially for the price we had paid both me and my partner … Firstly the tour is over crowed and we had to wait in line to feed the elephant, the feeding which is like 9 seconds to be exact we there after get an educational lesson which was longer than my entire interaction time with the elephant not what I paid for once again we thereafter got to walk with the elephant in a large crowd and didn’t even feel like I was walking with the elephant cause we had to step back for others to take pictures the walk was less than a min so disappointing then once again another educational lesson with no elephants which was longer once again than interaction, we there after proceed to wait in a line to interact again with the elephant this time to touch it we waited and as per my record time I spent 3 mins interacting and touching the elephant, as per what is advertised it’s a 1 hour interaction with the elephant is it fair that my interaction as per my time was 5 mins in total did I pay for 5 mins and further more when it came to the interaction my partner and I wanted to take turns so we could take pics and videos of each other but we were forced to go together to save time yet we paid per person how is that fair it wasn’t a buy one get one free deal … we could not even take proper pics and videos ( I am a well-established influencer) as we felt so rushed as others were waiting to take pics so did we just pay to wait cause our waiting was longer than the interaction time with the elephant and I have evidence to my interaction time …. This is extremely disappointing especially paying the price we did …. I am an influencer and lifestyle blogger you are more than welcome to go to both my Instagram page and Tik Tok page as I will be sharing my terrible experience, my partner actually planned this as a surprise for me and he actually felt so bad that his surprise was in total ruin. This whole tour from being so over crowed just tells me this is more about money than giving your customers an actual experience and furthermore false advertising cause nowhere on your page does it state they will be 20 other people on the tour as well, I've been speaking to managers who have no time and can't seem to understand customer service I hope you can resolve this.
