DISHONEST GROUPON ADVERT

My son purchased a two night stay for himself and his father through Groupon, after checking availability on Elephant Leisure's website. He paid. Elephant Leisure then advised him no places available. I phoned them and was advised that, yes, the units are open, but they do not accept Groupon bookings in holidays. The ad clearly stated that the deal was valid from 1 July 2015 with no reference to holiday exclusions.<br> <br> My son is a medical student, he has 2 weeks holiday the whole year. My husband just reached his 20 year milestone at Old Mutual and Nicholas at his expense wanted to spoil him for 2 nights. He paid this out of his hard earned money. The ad was dishonest. When we phoned they changed the units to sold but we have a screenshot of a minute earlier which shows the units available.
