Elephant Lake hotel bad

The first room we were shown had no shower curtain No fridge No microwave No utensils at all No pens Cupboard had a broken door handle Pool was full of insects and dirty Breakfast was very rough, “fruit” was just one apple and “tub of yoghurt” was a market-brand yoghurt No WiFi inside and outside WiFi was very poor Hotel said nothing about charging for an extra child to come but to add an extra bed would cost more, we didn’t add a bed and split the two beds but the hotel still charged money and didn’t explain why Sliding door was low quality and it couldn’t lock easily Didn’t allow us to cook and had no cooking space while didn’t provide lunch and dinner When we asked then to cook a steak, it was burnt Furniture dirty Somebody was very loud at the pool at 1 when there was a sigh specifically saying no noise after 22:00 and security only checked it out when they were called
