Bad service - raw food

<p>Good morning, as you are aware a huge power outage was experienced on the 23 May 17. We visited your establishment in Moreleta Park for a few drinks and dinner. We ordered pizza form your menu and after about 20 minutes from ordering on of your managers and the waiter came back stating that one of the ovens is broken and that the pizza is going to take very long. That is not a problem and we decided that we would wait. After another 40 minutes the waiter came back and stated that some of the pizzas were ready and asked if he should bring those, we explained that we would prefer that he keep them warm until all the food is ready so that we can dine together. After another 20 min the waiter brought some of the pizzas. One of the pizzas was totally raw wil one were burnt black at the bottom. I decided that I would take the burnt pizza and sent the raw pizza pack. With in 5 minutes the waiter returned with this pizza and the rest of the pizzas. The pizza as well as the rest of the other pizzas was still raw. The waiter took one pizza back and I requested to see a manager. The second manager came I told him about my experience and showed him the rest of the pizzas that was still raw, his remark was sorry about that, enjoy your food turned around and walked away while we still sat with raw pizzas. We ate what parts we could and were ready to leave when the waiter returned with the one pizza that he took away " STILL RAW" ! I requested my bill and a manager, the first manager of the evening came and saw all of the raw food, I asked him if he would be satisfied with this kind of service and he said no and that he would not pay for it if he was in my shoes. He pushed a complaint card in my hand and said if I was not satisfied I can complete your complaint card. This horrible experience costed me R 900-00 and I really do feel that I have been ****** from my money seeing that the food was raw and inedible and no service or assistance was given by your staff!</p>
