Horrible Experience at Elephant and Co Pavilion

I recently visited Elephant and Co Pavilion and felt compelled to share my disappointing experience. From the moment I interacted with the manager, I sensed an unsettling atmosphere. Unfortunately, I was met with discriminatory treatment that was completely unacceptable.

Despite my efforts to address my concerns directly with the manager, my feedback was dismissed. The situation escalated to higher management, but rather than resolving the issue, it only highlighted the lack of accountability and customer care. It's disheartening to know that the staff and management at Elephant and Co Pavilion prioritize their comfort over genuine hospitality.

I expected a welcoming environment, but instead, I faced an experience that left me feeling marginalized and disrespected. This is not how customers should be treated. I left feeling utterly disappointed, and it’s clear that improvement is desperately needed in their approach to customer relations. Sadly, my hopes for a resolution were dashed, and I will not be returning to this establishment in the future.

I urge anyone considering a visit to think twice about the level of service you might receive. It's a shame to see such potential wasted due to poor management and lack of respect for patrons
