This damage was caused negligently by your representative, Mamafha Mutsinda. The representative was negligent in that they You men on site did not communicate the damage as it happened and continued to use this abrasive cleaning material after siting my concern on potential damage. As a result of these actions, my property has suffered damage, namely, the arm of the L couch where and opening and contents of the inside of the couch now protruding.
