Wrong advise

I moved into a new new house recently and the previous ownerd did not give alot of attention to the tiled swimming pool. I decided to turn to Elene's pools for advice on what to do with the murcy water and gave them a water sample. Firstly a young gentlemen offered his assistance to test the water and i answered some questions on the pool related to size, water colour, chemicals and construction. He started the water test, while giving someone else on the job training related to the test and then he advised that he needs to call on his manager for advice on the test result. a Young woman came to the front and with a very quick glimpse and a very impulsive type decision immediately said that i should drain the 58 000 litre pool as there are too mauch copper in the water. She also assumed that i used another chemical and advised me to stop using it and should not allow anyone to swim in that water as it is dangerous. I asked for a bottle of metal remover and moved on to another pool company in the same complex where i got amazing assistance. a couple of days latet and my pool is sparkling with no metal found in the water.
