I was misled and ******* into doing business

I called Elene's pools and spoke to Sharon. I wanted them to look at my pool and when I enquired about their call out fee I was informed that there is no fee, that they will come and look at the damage then quote me accordingly. The next day I received an expensive quote which I turned down, they readjusted to the basics but it was still excessive and I declined it. When they came to my premises they took my pool pump and when I informed them that I will not be using them they said I can fetch the pump from them. On collection we were then informed about a R480 call out fee which was never disclosed in the beginning. When I enquired from Sharon she told me that it is a standard fee and denies hiding it from me when I enquired in the beginning. <br> This is de*****ing customers and its wrong as she should have provided all the information when I enquired.
