dont inform yopu of all the coasts

I asked them to give me a quote on my pool and pumps, they informed me that if I don't take the quoted price, then I will only be charged for the call out fee of R480, now I did not take the quote as it was nearly R5.000.00 rand for the pool and pumps, I then told them this and asked if they can drop the pool pumps off I will then pay the call out fee, of R480 they said ok and now I get a invoice of R780, when aske why that price, they said its for checking the pumps but they never once said there will be a fee to cheek the pumps, ? now what the hell I will not pay that, I will only pay the R480 as they told me it would coast that.
