Dolphin 300si service

I took my dolphin in for service They told me the motors gone n wanted to charge 10k for a new motor I said that's not possible because it was used very few times .n according to Google the red light meant it needs a cleaning They were very rude n returned my robot saying clearly it's not fixed I brought it home apparently they cleaned the propeller robots working perfectly They wanted to con me out of 10k So disappointed in their service
