**************** on pricing, STAY AWAY USE VENTER POOLS!!!

Overall the service was fair, the workers was very good at their job, however pricing and morals are lacking. Had a job to refit pump, add 2 valves, piping and fit jacuzzi blower. x amount. They arrived to refit pump and reconnect everything, yet forgot the pump, waited 30minutes. When back I asked the shop to fit a none return valve and 2 unions between pump and pond, done in 3 minutes, was already working on that line to refit pump so no additional work really, apart from the valve to be fitted on the already cut line to the pump.. Got the invoice today R1168. Spoke to Loune advising it's insane. Got a new pricing back, she advice it's R995 to fit none return valve and labour, that means a R210retail price valve at builders is sold at R645, plus R350 labour yet they are onsite already refitting the pump. They will get the valve at even less as it will be cost price not retail. I called venters pools with exact same scenario and was quoted R300. When asked to add labour as it is additional work the lady laughed at me and said how as venters pools are there already onsite???!!! I strongly advice you revisit your business practices and morals as you are ripping people off!!! You will never see me again. You can never justify this pricing. I will pay you the reduced fee at R821 but you will never see me again and I hope all your clients move to another supplier!!!
