Worst service ever

It's been a year they were supposed to do my bedrooms and passage. They sent a contractor to do the wardrobes they took 3 months and still didn't finish. The wardrobes are poorly done with different colours. They stopped the contractor sent another one to come look at the work and said they will fix mind you I paid a deposit for furniture they wanted to take another 3 weeks to fix this and not commit on my furniture delivery. They only show their faces when they want your money but send people who can't take decisions when **** hits the fan. You can't get them at their offices as they do shared spaces and only come in when they have meetings. A woman running this business and doing shabby work. Oh they committed to months scope of work its been a year. I have to pay lawyers to deal with them.
