Elegant Woodcraft (Sasolburg)

Horrible service received from the owner of Elegant Woodcraft in Sasolburg.

After seeing an adverti*****t 2 days ago with photos of a spesific product, I ordered and paid for x 2 of the product. When I received the products today, I sent 2 photos to the owner:

1 - Of the products advertised and the order I placed, 2 - Of the products received

Obviously it was NOT the same! The owner's reply was that that is just how they make it now ****erally 2 days after he advertised the product that I wanted, ordered and paid for) and that I just want to moan. He bluntly stated that he is not in the mood to deal with me and that it is not his problem that he is not currently working (that being said his post stated that he sells these products till Christmas day, thus another 5 days after my query). He said that I should contact him on 15 Jan, which is a mayor problem as this was suppose to be Christmas gifts.

He strongly believes that there is absolutely nothing wrong with changing a product between advertising it and delivering it to a paying customer.

This company is very ********* and unprofessional (the owner). If I could rate a 0 star, I would have.

STAY AWAY FROM ELEGANT WOODCRAFT!
