Tosca suitcase fixed

My Tosca suitcase had stitches on top that were coming loose, after my first trip. Since it was still under the 2 year warranty I could get it fixed. I sent email to Elegant travel, and they responded saying I could take it to the store where I purchased it. The Fourways Mall store were very helpful, when I returned the suitcase. My suitcase is now fixed after only 2 weeks. I’m happy with my suitcase. I thought I would be given a runaround. But I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the service.
