We bought duffel bags with expandable trolleys at Makro almost three years ago and have been using the bags on a regular basis. Although the bags were still in good order, the wheel casings were damaged. The bags were no longer under warranty and after numerous calls and searching the internet for replacement wheel casings, we contacted Makro who put us in touch with Elegant Travel Goods in Benrose Gauteng, who does their luggage repairs. We spoke to Willie who was very helpful and promised to speak to his manager to see how they could assist us.
