I bought my son's Tosca Schoolbag in June 2022 at Angels shop in Matlosana Mall (Klerksdorp), which has already broken. I contacted the shop as the trolley schoolbag came with a warranty. They were useless. Had an excuse for everything. I contacted Elegant Travel from whom the shop bought the trolley schoolbag and they restored my faith. They got in touch and I am happy to announce that I received professional and friendly service with our replacement trolley schoolbag. Thanks Chris for the excellent service.
