My roof leaks Elegantly

Elegant roofing or Elegant Imphala - same business address. They worked on my roof, started to leak before the first winter. Called them, foreman (Shinjin) came out and assess - then I had to run around forever to get feedback.

The sales manager eventually (Gary) feedback and states I need to pay additional amount for them to come and repair. NOTE that when foreman came he acknowledge the leak is where they worked. None the less, I make the payment in March 2023 and they come repair.

Now June 2023.......few months later and roof leaking again - Should consider changing business name to Elegant LEAKS......Leaks 100% guaranteed
