ELEGANT PUNCTUATIONS IS A ****!! THEY ARE ******!!!

This company does not even deserve a star to start off with. This has been the worst service I have ever come across my whole entire life! The owner of this Company Tapiwa Marume *** is a horrible *****! I ordered a couch from this man on the 1st of June, paid my deposit and he promised it would be delivered after a week. When the time came, it was story after story and to top it off he is very rude in how he communicates with you as if he is doing you a favour. Months went by, In AUGUST there was still no couch, i started asking for my money back and he never paid me back, he would always promise to pay back and at some point he would send pictures of couches and saying they are almost done and they would deliver. (Funny story: at some point he even said they were on the way coming to deliver then they apparently got hijacked on the way and the couch was ****** or ruined LOL , what a joke!!!! ) To cut the long story short its 18 NOVEMBER 2020, I still have not been paid all of my money that I paid him and of course I never received the couch I had ordered from him. When I call to ask for my money this man is so rude to me, he has guts to actually shout at me and try defend himself yet he has been withholding my money and lying to me since 1 JUNE 2020. Please do not use these people, you will only be giving yourself problems. He is a ***** and ***** that is all I can say honestly. No professional business person will treat his clients the way this man treats his!!
