Zero after sales service

The service I got from Iaan during the quoting was excellent, he started very quickly, 1,2,3 and the pool was installed all in 1 week, everything I asked was done, Until he received the final payment. The building inspector failed the backwash, the pipes for the solar panels are shifting, the grouting on 2 of the slabs are cracked( which was already repaired before paying the last payment & have cracked again.

When I contacted him I was told he will come sort it out, then every time I phone I get a different response, now we at the stage where he does not even answer my calls.

I can not believe this is the same person I dealt with before the installation, Absolutely zero after sales service.

I would hate to think what is going to happen if something has to go wrong with the pool.
