No regard for after sales service

I would just like to voice my major concern and absolute disgust at the lack on concern shown by Iaan at Elegant Pools. We have a pool installed in January/February 2014, and were initially quite impressed and happy with the installation. In December 2014 (pool less than a year old) we found a small chip in the pool lining, we called Iaan immediately, he asked us to call him back in January 2015, when he re-opened for business, which we did.
