No Plans as agreed on!!!!

<p>Absolutely disgracefull service!!! After agreement to providing plans for swimming pool we have still not received our plans from Iaan Viljoen of Elegant Pools after 4 months!!! He took our house plans in December 2016 for drawing up the plans and up till now after numerous calls and e-mail that are NOT answered we still have no Plans!! This is absolutely shamefull as he did not wait for his money and was paid cash!!! NO after service whatsoever as promised and NO cleaning of the pool after paving was done as promised!!! Worst service ever and absolutely unacceptable behaviour!!!</p>
