Elegant plastic won't refund a product they wrongly produced

I feel very forced to do this but as a unhappy customer there is no other way to express my anger. Elegant plastic said they could make the product I requested in my image as that was what I wanted but also provided them with drawing to explain what is what. Nobody from production call or contacted me to understand my request more In detail if they had to I would have found out they could not make the product the way I wanted but there was No communication and they just went and produced a product I can't used but paid for and they are forcing me to take it back with no refund. I then tried to fix the problem and gave them a better design that they could replace that one with and even paid extra in full but that never helped. We needed the stand to advertise at a market on the 3rd October 2020 but never went as planned, order what not made in time so we canceled and now we don't have a spot at the market. This has cause so much stress and issues between me and my business partner even affecting our business agreement. So that is why I am very angry with this company who thought nothing of me the way things were dealt with. Because my item was only one, I was not important to deal with and Communication was very, very bad. As soon as my product that I don't want arrives. I will present it to my lawyer and show him what I'm forced to take for R924.60 from this company that don't care.
