Poor customer service and business conduct

1. I am not happy at all the way you conduct business transection<br> 2. I made a eft to pay immediately into your account Wednesday so i can get my product soon...but that didn't help.<br> 2.i called in Thursday to enquire...then u only look into ir accounts and promise quick dispatch<br> 3.by friday im told some product u dont have etc<br> 4.monday you tell me oh no ur product has been sent already and tracking number emailed...which i neva got until today<br> 5. I call post office they say oh no...ur parcel was sent via mormal mail...so it will take 5 days to get to you<br> 6.i had paid postage stating that i will get the product in 48 hrs.<br> 7.
